Each of the bedrooms lead off the living room, the master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a Jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms, a twin and a double share an adjoining bathroom with bath and shower and WC. The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and Lanai, as does the double bedroom.

The villa has it’s own heated swimming pool and is not overlooked for you privacy, although you may wish to use the full size pool on site along with Tennis courts, Basketball etc.

You will find full air conditioning in every room as well as added ceiling sweep fans to help cool air circulation. We have also installed a security alarm system for your piece of mind whilst on holiday, although the home benefits from on site security.

We have included Hair dryers, beach towels etc. to save on your luggage space.

With all that we have done to our villa you can see this is not just a vacation rental it is more than a home from home.

On furnishing and decorating our villa we wanted to add a personal touch by including many extras not found in most American Homes. Our aim is to provide a home in America, not just a rental accommodation; we think you will agree we have achieved this with the very high standard of furnishings.

The Villa has a spacious living room, with a large, great room with wall to wall mirrors giving splendour to the dining area. The dining table will comfortably seat six but if you prefer you can eat at the breakfast nook in the kitchen, which also has a dining area. With three bedrooms and a sleeper in the games/utility room the villa will comfortably sleep 8
