Once you have decided that you would like to rent our villa, you can request available dates in a number of ways. You can contact us by telephone on 01704 892534 where we will be delighted to provide you with a range of available dates to meet your needs. Alternatively you can e mail us on floridavillaonthe192@hotmail.co.uk request specific dates. The booking calendar is updated on a regular basis, and provides an accurate guide to the dates which are available for you to choose from.

 

 

 

 

 

                                Force Majeure
We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and no compensation or any other payment will be made, if any cancellation or change to the terms of the booking becomes necessary due to war, or threat of war, dots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transportation, closure or congestion of airports, or any other events beyond our control.

                               Mains Service
We do not accept liability for loss of main services such as electricity or water supplies, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of mains services, nor any action in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control.

                          Complaints
Should there be any cause for complaint whilst in Florida, the Property Management Company must be notified immediately.  No complaints will be entertained 7 days after the guests leave.  We will not be responsible for any delays or loss suffered in the event of property being left insecure when unoccupied, so please ensure adequate insurance cover before you travel.

                           Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of £150 must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full 28 days after your return date, provided no damage is caused to the property or owner’s belongings.  All damages must be reported and paid for prior to vacating the premises.  Failure to report any damage will result in the loss of all or part of the deposit.

                            Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply.  Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Up to 5 weeks prior to arrival - deposit only
1 month or less prior to arrival - 100% of rental

In the event of cancellation by the owners, a full refund (without interest or compensation) or alternative accommodation will be provided, whichever is appropriate and agreed upon

Payment
The appropriate deposit will secure your reservation, unless your booking is made within 10 weeks of arrival, when the full payment must accompany the booking form.  Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and the cancellation charges below will apply.  No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit.  A £150 refundable security deposit will also be payable with the balance.

Arrival
Must be after 4.00 pm local time unless agreed otherwise in writing.  This is to allow a thorough cleaning of the home to be carried out following the departure of the previous guests.  To allow for this, departure must be no later than 10 am unless agreed locally with the property managers, who if there are no incoming guests, will be only too pleased to accommodate you.

Liability
We cannot accept any liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident and loss (including luggage and personal effects) howsoever caused.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss of enjoyment or extra expense or any other misadventure incurred due to any delays or changes to any flights, travel arrangement or any other service or circumstances as a result of the act or default of any company, firm or person not associated with ourselves concerned with the provision of your holiday arrangements
